1. Data Controller

TechticalS is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through the Services. TechticalS is operated by a natural person based in Manizales, Caldas, Colombia. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@techticals.com.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect: identification and contact data (name, email, phone), account data, project and payment information, usage data, audio recordings of meetings when you agree to be recorded, and the information you voluntarily submit through forms, demos and support channels.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Services, process payments and invoices, respond to requests, send transactional communications, comply with legal obligations, analyze meeting recordings for project specifications, and, where you have consented, send commercial communications.

4. Legal Bases

We process personal data on the following bases: performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests and, where applicable, your consent.

5. Habeas Data (Colombia)

For data subjects in Colombia, the processing is governed by Ley 1581 de 2012 and its regulations. You have the right to know, update and rectify your personal data, and to request proof of the authorization granted. You may also contact the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) to protect your rights.

6. Third-Party Providers

We share information only with providers that help us operate the Services, including hosting and database services (Supabase), hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), AI analysis of recordings (Google AI / Gemini), payment processors (Wompi, Lemon Squeezy and, in the future, Stripe) and web fonts (Google Fonts). These providers process data under their own privacy and security policies.

7. International Transfers

Some providers may process data outside your country of residence. In such cases we rely on the safeguards provided by those providers, contractual protections and applicable law.

8. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, to comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations, and to resolve disputes.

9. Your Rights

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to delete it; to correct it; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. 11. GDPR and UK GDPR Rights

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have the rights provided by the GDPR and applicable local law, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

12. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Services use essential cookies and browser storage to operate, remember your theme and language preferences, and keep you signed in. We also load web fonts from Google Fonts. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

13. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

14. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

15. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with their version number and effective date.
